Data Ingestion

Gather 12 months of utility data, building characteristics (area, occupancy), and local weather metrics.

Normalized EUI Modeling

Uses regression models based on public CBECS data to predict Source EUI, accounting for climate, occupancy, etc

Energy Subscore (0–100)

Mapping Efficiency Ratio to percentile values using fitted distributions, per ENERGY STAR methodology

Compliance Risk Sub‑Score

Overlay jurisdiction-specific rules (e.g. emissions limits, EUI targets) and Normalize the risk level between 0 (no risk) and 100 (high risk of penalty)

Composite Neuravolt Score

Neuravolt Score = 0.6 × Energy Subscore + 0.4 × (100 – Risk Sub‑score)
